Madara is a new yarn from Noro that is a beautiful blend of wool, silk and alpaca. It is around a 10ply weight with a tweedy, rustic effect, and a hand spun feel with variations in the thickness of the ply. The colour flecks as you knit are gorgeous, and it comes in some beautiful rich colours as well as some lighter colour flecked neutrals.
