Where does this store ship from?
I ship from Melbourne, Australia!

How do I pay?
Payment is through Paypal, as it is fast, secure and safe.
I also now offer Afterpay as a payment option.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, but please keep in mind that postage can be expensive for international orders, And as I am In Australia, the US is an international order for me!
If you would like to order from overseas, please feel free to email me for a shipping quote before you place your order, just so there are no surprises!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Australian order generally take 2-7 days to get to you, depending on where you live.
Depending on where you are in the world, delivery can take between 2 -4 weeks, I will do my best to get your order in the post as soon as possible, usually within 1 – 3 days. If there are any hold ups (eg. waiting for a stock delivery to arrive, unexpected family dramas, etc) I will keep you informed via email.

How much do you charge for shipping?
I charge a flat rate for postage and packaging in Australia based on the weight of your order.
Orders up to 500g are $9.50 and orders over 500g are $12.00 postage.

What shipping service do you use?
I send all my orders through Australia Post .
For local orders to Australia, if possible I use Parcel Post Plus that is trackable.
For international orders I use air mail.

Are the colours accurate in your photos?
I take all my product photos in natural light to try and keep the colours as accurate as possible, but please keep in mind that there can be differences in computer monitors, please choose carefully! If you would like to see how some of these yarns look made into things, I have photos on my blog of projects made using these yarns.

Are all the yarns available all the time?
I keep a stock of most yarns on hand, however there may be occasions when I am waiting on a delivery, if this is the case, I will contact you regarding availability and the product will be checked as out of stock temporarily.

What is this store’s return and exchange policy?
If you wish to exchange goods you MUST contact me within 7 days of receipt to discuss arrangements.
Exchange, refund or shop credit will be given for yarn.
All associated postage cost will be at the customers expense and goods MUST be returned in original condition.
I do not take responsibility for damage during shipping (I take great care to package carefully) but if an item has a manufacturers fault or wrongly sent I will replace the item if notified within 7 days of purchase.
I take no responsibility for lost parcels.
