Little Woollie Makes Yarn Store

Hedgehog Fibres are always striving to work as environmentally friendly as possible and this gorgeous Tweedy yarn is a result of that focus. Made with 37.5% recycled wool, 12.5% thread waste, (little coloured yarn scraps that tie skeins and are saved from the dyeing process),  making the recylced/upcycled content of this yarn 50%, with the other 50% being  Falkland Merino wool.

The little colour threads are carded and spun into the neutral base creating a gorgoeus tweedy effect.  It is lovely and wooly and rustic, and blooms beautifully after washing.
